Get quotes for your extension

Nine quick questions about the job, then your postcode. We pass it to extension specialists who cover your area — you are not committing to anything.

What happens after you press send

  1. Your enquiry goes to our lead partner, Bark. Bark runs the network of tradespeople; we do not employ builders ourselves.
  2. Specialists who cover your postcode get in touch. Usually a handful, usually within a day or two. They contact you directly — by phone, text or email.
  3. You compare and decide. Any quote, contract and guarantee is between you and the builder you choose. You are free to use none of them.

We are paid by Bark for passing on the enquiry. You are never charged. That is the whole commercial model, and it is set out in full on how we get paid.

Before you fill it in

You do not need drawings, a planning decision or a budget to get quotes — most people who contact us have none of those yet. If you would rather settle the rules first, read whether you need planning permission or the 2026 cost ranges, then come back.

One thing worth knowing: builders quote far more accurately when they know the property type, the number of storeys and roughly where the job is. That is most of what the form asks.
