• Your data. Access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of an enquiry — see the privacy notice for what we hold and for how long.
• Complaints about a builder. We are not party to your contract and cannot arbitrate it, but we do want to know: tell us what happened and we will raise it with our lead partner, who can act on their own network.
